That README is incorrect -- I haven't actually touched it. I intend to

You should use "paster setup-app development.ini" instead of config.ini.

I'm not sure whether you'll get any satisfaction out of running it at
the moment though! Make sure you review the debexpo.* config options in
development.ini before running it. You'll also have to manually create
a new user, and it'll just create some rows in the database plus install
the files in the right place.

Your report would be nice though! I intend to work on documentation,
write test cases, and perhaps clean up the importer script next.
