Serafeim --- even if Christophe cannot push the patches in yet for
some reason, it doesn't stop us at all, simply clone my repo and start
with my master-ondrej branch, commit as many patches you want and then
just publish your branch on github or somewhere else. I'll pull it to
my repo, so that we have one one repository with all the latest
changes merged in.
