one way of doing this is to instruct your users to enter a webmail
before they start using a new email account. this is useful also to
let them change a password to their accounts (previously set up as a
default one)
webmail interface (squirrelmail) creates a folder structure including Sent.
the problem is, that i could not find any option other than rules to
make outlook save sent items on IMAP folders (even if exists) while
this is a trivial task with other email MUA'a (evolution, kmail,
thunderbird....)
maybe outlook expects the IMAP folder to have a certain and no other
name then e.g Sent-items???
i've given up with this :( (outlook rules)
