Thx Clayton for your help. But it seems that there is still something wrong
with my configuration.

Now thanks to your advice i am able to get a line like:
+----------------+-------------------------------+
| email | destination |
+----------------+-------------------------------+
| @intern.test | catchalladdress at intern.test |
+----------------+-------------------------------+
in my view_aliases but when i send an email to a nonexistent user
"nonexist at intern.test" this is not delivered to "
catchalladdress at intern.test" but instead a new mailbox-directory for the
nonexistent user is created.
This would produce a lot of trash-directories in the case of typo's.
And this can't be the correct operation, since what I want is that a mail
to a nonnexistent user is either rejected (when there is no catchall) or
sent to the catchall.
Could you please help me further.

As for point 2 of my last mail. Thx you are right it was in /var/spool/mail
and as I stated before I only had to rtfm :-) it was right there in the
standard main.cf.
I now changed the aliases, so that the mail would be delivered to a
virtual-account, so that I can access it from another box in my network.

Sorry that I cannot answer the threads correctly, but till I set up my
network completly I have to use a rather crude environment, so I'm not able
to answer directly to the mails but have to download them with telnet and
send via gmx-Webmail. This is also the cause for the rather anoying
footer's in my mails.
