[Workaround.org] Stuck on step 8 dovecot testing

Hello all!
I am not sure if you read my post a week or so ago about how I could
send messages to a certain account, Postfix would
deliver them, but Dovecot could not read nor see them.
I have found my solution and thought I needed to pass this on if
others may see this error as well.
My upbringing has taught me that when you write a letter to someone
you would capitalize the first
letter in their first and last names, a sign of respect so to speak.
When I populated the database with my user names I capitalized the
first letter of each name,
with the exception of one, my own.
When I sent the email to myself, I could read and see it, but if I
sent the same email to another user, Dovecot
would not correctly understand that Michael and michael are the same
name, and so the email just "was not there".
I do not know if this is a "bug", but I for one have used capital
letters in my usernames for many a year.
Thanks for the replies!!
Again, Christoph, the ONLY complete tutorial that I have found that WORKS!
Thank you so much for helping us less fortunate linux users.
By the way, the tutorial has ported over to Ubuntu Hardy with very
little problem at all.
Thanks again!
