it should resolve your problem with clamav...
as mentioned afterwards, debian-volatile should imho be mandatory to this
tutorial,
since people regularly run into troubles with clamav and its maintnance.

The file it is referring to, is not there, which i guess is the issue, but
anyone know what it is, why it may have gone awol, and where i get a new
one!?
It was all working fine a few days ago, the last think i have done, was to
add new rules in /etc/amavis/conf.d/55-mysettings. any thoughts, help would
be appreciated.
