That's correct. TLS and SSL are essentially the same. It was called SSL for 
years and is now being developed as TLS. TLS 1.0 = SSL 3.1. There is a 
port for un-encrypted IMAP (143) and another port for SSL/TLS-encrypted 
IMAP (993).
