[Workaround.org] forwarding a domain to another host after its been scrubbed?

Hi,

I have a shinney new mail server sitting inside my parameter and want my all
of my virtual users inside that virtual domain foo.org (for example) to be
deleted and everytime my robust Postfix/Etch box sees email for foo.org then
it will scrub (postgrey/clamav etc) and then forward the legit email to my
shinny new server after clamav and all other defences have beaten the dark
side.

So the new server is internal on my local LAN and my etch/postfix box sits
on parameter.

I cant seem to figure this out. It should be possible can someone point me
in the right direction?

Thanks

Andy
