[Workaround.org] custom imap default folders

Hello All,

I have set up the ´ISP-Style´ Email Server with Postfix, Dovecot, mySQL
and so on like described here on workaround.org.

There is one thing, I couldn´t work out on my own till now:

My Spamassassin is configured to mark possible SPAM and mails which are
quite sure SPAM i a different way. Therefore sieve sorts those mails
into folders `Junk` and `Junk-Verdacht` (=possible spam). I recently
realizied, that not every account has got those folders. For my own
accounts Thunderbird created the Junk-folders itself.
`Junk-Verdacht`-folders have been created by myself while examining my
way to handle spam. But many other accounts on my server don´t have
those two folders. So spam and possible spam seems to get lost - i
havent check if its really lost, but according to the inboxes, the spam
seems not to be there anymore.

So heres my 2 questions:
Am I able to set up custom IMAP folders for all mail accounts by
default? (and of course: how am I?)
Is sieve able to find out wether a folder exists and according to that
not to move spam - might be useful for those that don´t use imap but
pop3 instead...

regards,
Tobias
