Actually workaround.org used to be a Wiki a few years ago but it sucked.
It's just ugly and you can barely have a hierarchical structure of
documents. Currently the site runs on Drupal and authors have a WYSIWYG
editor to edit pages - even with a rudimentary revision control system
in the browser. So readers can drop comments and the authors can reply
to the comments and update the page to fix them. So there is a workflow
we can use. The problem is less the tool and more the lazy people. :)
